You're right - the word is "fear." (Puppies were
included as a funny gag.) Not so funny is that the IRS is once again revving up the engines for the random audit
program (RAP). The RAP is a controversial program designed to help the IRS update their knowledge of which returns
to audit and improve their ability to combat tax-dodging.
And even though you are far more likely to be a target of a random audit than be attacked by the bogeyman while
giving a speech on Sasquatch, you need not fear! We'll share more details next week on the RAP and what you can
do if are one of the chosen ones.
